Key Responsibilities:- Welcoming and assisting patients at our clinic
- Scheduling and coordinating appointments
- Managing patient data and billing
- Supporting the team with administrative tasks
- Completed training as a hotel clerk or similar qualification
- Experience in customer service

- Proficiency in MS Office and ideally with practice management systems
