Each day presents unique technical challenges, and as a natural technician, you will seamlessly integrate into our team. Initially, you will accompany an experienced colleague to learn the essential skills and techniques of elevator installation. You will receive comprehensive technical training at our dedicated training center. Post-training, you will independently conduct elevator installations using your company-provided smartphone equipped with the latest digital applications. You will serve as the primary contact on-site, acting as the liaison between the installation and site management. You will embody our core principle of 'Safe Work Practices' to ensure a secure return home.YOUR SKILLS FOR SUCCESS
We seek a motivated team player with strong craftsmanship and organizational skills. A completed technical education (apprenticeship, HTL) is required. Proficiency in electrical engineering and mechanical knowledge is essential. Ideally, you have experience in elevator installation and construction sites. A valid driver's license (Category B) is necessary, and you should enjoy traveling by car. Familiarity with smartphones, the internet, and applications is expected. You should be comfortable working at heights.OUR COMMITMENT TO YOU
Competitive compensation according to collective agreements, starting at € 2,784.29 gross/month (38.5 hours/week), with additional allowances based on assignments.
