We are seeking a skilled and experienced carpenter to join our team at Röller Personalmanagement GmbH & Co. KG. As a carpenter, you will be responsible for the production and installation of high-quality windows and frames.
Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and manufacture custom windows and frames to meet customer specifications
Implement technical drawings and work instructions to ensure accurate and efficient production
Conduct quality control checks and make adjustments as needed
Maintain and repair equipment and machinery to ensure optimal performance
Completed apprenticeship or equivalent experience in carpentry or a related trade
Experience in the window manufacturing industry is an asset
Attention to detail and precision in working with wood and other materials
Strong teamwork and communication skills, with a high level of independence and self-motivation
