Infrastructure Project Lead

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead our rail infrastructure projects in the Eastern region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and controlling projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and construction
• Manage project risks, issues, and changes, ensuring minimal impact on project timelines and budgets
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards

Requirements

• Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the rail infrastructure sector
• Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and project management software
