System Test Engineer

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented System Test Engineer to join our team at EcoG GmbH. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

  • System Testing: Work with EV charging systems, understanding charger architecture, key components, automation control, and application software.
  • Testing and Integration: Support in testing charging systems, including integrating new electrical components, updating firmware/software, and performing system tests according to the test procedure.
  • Test Procedure Development: Contribute to the development of test procedure descriptions and automate testing procedures.
  • Documentation and Knowledge Sharing: Organize documentation of test results and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.
  • Lab Equipment Maintenance: Support in the maintenance and organization of lab equipment and supplies.
About You

We are looking for a talented individual with the following skills and experience:

  • Education: Enrolled engineering Bachelor or Master student with a focus on electrical engineering, automotive technology, or equivalent knowledge.
  • Technical Skills: Fundamental knowledge in electrical drawings and ability to understand wiring schematics.
  • Soft Skills: Flexible, team player with a high level of commitment and initiative.
  • Communication Skills: Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Driving License: Valid class B driving license is an advantage.
