Physician Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Physician Assistant to join our educational editorial team at AMBOSS. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in creating and optimizing content for US PA students, contributing to the educational success of PA students and strengthening our reputation as a leading medical education resource.
Key Responsibilities- Content Development: Collaborate with our medical editors to develop high-quality, evidence-based educational materials tailored to the PA curriculum, including practice exam questions, detailed explanations, articles, and illustrations.
- Insight Sharing: Advise our editorial team by sharing and applying your first-hand insights about PA students' learning needs.
- Content Enhancement: Enhance the didactic value of content by implementing AMBOSS styles and structures.
- Technical Skills: Become an expert in using our content management system, which seamlessly integrates text, images, and videos to create our AMBOSS practice exam questions and articles.
- Qualifications: Completed Physician Assistant National Certifying Examination (PANCE)
- Language Skills: Excellent English language skills (minimum C1 level or equivalent; spoken and written)
- Digital Literacy: Digital literacy and fluency
- Experience: Experience with AMBOSS as a user, and experience with the creation of educational content and/or tutoring are considered a plus
- Availability: Full-time availability is preferred (minimum availability of 20h/week)
- Location: Being located in or willing to relocate to Germany is a plus (home office from within the US is possible under certain circumstances)
- Teaching Skills: Enjoy teaching complex medical topics, while filtering sources for relevant details, with a didactic mindset

- Initial Call: A 30-minute call with one of our Talent Acquisition Managers to get to know you, understand your career motivations, and give you more insight into the role and team.
- Skills Assessment: A skills assessment to find out more about your ability to produce well-researched, accurate, concise, and clearly structured content.
- Final Interview: A 60-minute call with the Hiring Manager and two members of the internal medicine team to discuss your assessment, give you an insight into how our team works, and get to know each other.
