Job Description
We are looking for a Sales Associate/Cashier to join our team at our store in Hamm a. d. Sieg. As a Sales Associate/Cashier, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, processing transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and other forms of payment
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, restocking shelves and ensuring that products are displayed attractively
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and provide a positive shopping experience for customers
Requirements
- Previous retail experience, preferably in a sales or customer service role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
- Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit card transactions
