Store Formats Manager

Your Role
As a Store Formats Manager at MediaMarktSaturn Retail Group, you will be responsible for the development and improvement of our four different store formats. This includes international steering of projects for new store formats in various countries, definition of standards for the rollout of our store formats, and development of international standardized KPIs.
Your Profile
- University degree or a comparable qualification with several years of professional experience in retail
- Understanding of customer insights/motives and how to adapt concepts
- Creative and conceptual skills and a pronounced understanding of operative business
- Strong project management and communication skills as well as assertiveness
- Ability to travel internationally on an occasional basis
- Fluent in German and English would be an advantage
About Us
The department "Store & Business Formats" within MediaMarktSaturn Retail Group is responsible for the development and implementation of new store formats. This includes setting the strategy for our four different store formats based on customer motivation, steering the implementation of new formats in the countries, and developing new business models.
