Global Purchasing Intern

As a key member of our dynamic team, you will actively support our daily work and work closely with the Project Manager & Management Team of Global Purchasing.
Responsibilities- Support the team in their daily work and contribute to the success of our purchasing organization.
- Collaborate with the Project Manager and Management Team to achieve strategic goals.
- Gain a comprehensive understanding of the entire purchasing organization and its operations.
- Prepare and support strategy and management team meetings.
- Develop and deliver internal and external key note presentations for the Senior Vice President Global Purchasing.
- Conduct research and analysis on market developments and reporting requirements.
- Prepare ad-hoc analyses and support the team in organizing and coordinating events and committees.
We are looking for a motivated and talented individual who:
- Studies business administration, industrial engineering, or a purchasing-related field.
- Has relevant experience, such as through previous internships.
- Possesses excellent language skills in English and German, with French being a plus.
- Has strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Is open-minded, determined, and proactive.
- Has strong conceptual and communication skills.
- Is self-organized, team-oriented, and passionate about their work.
- Is reliable and able to work independently.
