Personnel Accountant

As a Personnel Accountant at abresa GmbH, you will be responsible for providing expert support to our clients in the area of personnel and payroll accounting. Your tasks will include preparing and processing monthly salary payments, as well as handling all related activities and correspondence with financial authorities, health insurance companies, and government agencies.

• Develop and implement efficient payroll processes and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and collective bargaining agreements.
• Provide expert advice and support to clients on personnel and payroll-related matters, including salary payments, social security contributions, and tax obligations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of payroll services with other business functions.
• Analyze and resolve payroll-related issues and discrepancies in a timely and professional manner.

• Proven experience in payroll accounting, preferably with a focus on SAP HCM or similar systems.
• Excellent knowledge of German labor law, social security regulations, and tax laws.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
