Wir suchen eine motivierte und engagierte Person, die sich für die dezentrale Energiewende begeistert und unsere Solarfachpartner unterstützen möchte. Als Solar Energy Specialist wirst du eine zentrale Rolle in unserem Team spielen und unsere Kunden bei der Umsetzung ihrer Solarprojekte unterstützen.

Aufgaben
  • Unsere Solarfachpartner bei der Anbahnung und Umsetzung ihrer Projekte unterstützen
  • Kundenanfragen und -probleme proaktiv bearbeiten und lösen
  • Engen Kontakt zu unseren Solarfachbetrieben halten und deren Feedback in unsere Plattform integrieren
  • Schulungen und Workshops für Kunden und B2B-Partner organisieren und durchführen
  • Die Zufriedenheit unserer Kunden regelmäßig überprüfen und Verbesserungsvorschläge umsetzen
Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung im Kundenservice oder ähnliche Rolle, idealerweise im Bereich erneuerbare Energien
  • Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch, sowohl schriftlich als auch mündlich
  • Fähigkeit, selbstständig zu arbeiten und kreative Lösungen für Kundenprobleme zu finden
  • Hohe Affinität zu erneuerbaren Energien und Interesse an der dezentralen Energiewende
  • Technisches Verständnis und Bereitschaft, sich in unsere Softwareplattform einzuarbeiten
