Your Responsibilities:
  • Provide support as an SCM Consultant specializing in Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management
  • Assist in the implementation of business processes alongside the Roll-Out Team
  • Lead the analysis, design, and development of solutions for new business needs
  • Oversee feature management within the SCM domain
  • Conduct training sessions for processes and provide guidance for key user training in your module
  • Coordinate automated testing efforts in collaboration with key users
  • Work closely with key users and the IT-D365 team
  • Deliver 2nd and 3rd level support for the existing Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management system
Candidate Profile:
  • Degree in Business Informatics, Business Engineering, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in implementing or deploying D365 SCM or as a key user
  • Proficient in process consulting
  • Familiarity with LCS, Azure, and DevOps Power Platforms
  • Strong analytical skills and quick comprehension
  • Ability to work independently with a proactive approach
  • Fluent in both German and English
  • A collaborative team player with excellent communication abilities
  • Willingness to travel within Germany and Switzerland
  • Outgoing and engaging personality
