Campervan Rental Specialist

We're a dynamic and innovative company in the travel industry, and we're looking for a skilled Rental Service Agent to join our team in one of our many European locations.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing world-class customer service to our clients, ensuring a seamless experience from check-in to check-out. This includes receiving and delivering campervans, registering guests, processing payments, and explaining vehicle functionalities and reservation details.
We're looking for someone with proven work experience in hospitality, rent-a-car, retail, or customer service, who is fluent in English and eligible to work in the EU. You'll need to be available for flexible working hours and have excellent communication skills. If you're a team player who enjoys working with people and is independent, well-organized, and good at solving problems, we'd love to hear from you.
