We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Store Optimization Specialist to join our team at REWE. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for optimizing product assortments in Northern Bavaria, assisting with store renovations and new store openings, and ensuring accurate pricing and electronic labeling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Optimize product assortments to meet customer demands and drive sales growth
- Collaborate with store managers and regional teams to implement store renovations and new store openings
- Ensure accurate pricing and electronic labeling across all stores
Requirements:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to travel within Bavaria
