We are seeking a highly skilled FCAS Systems Engineer to join our team at Tintschl AG. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing requirements throughout the entire flight control system development cycle using the V-Model.
Key Responsibilities- Requirements Engineering: Develop and maintain system requirements, ensuring seamless integration of autoflight and primary control law design.
- Requirements Analysis: Analyze, define, derive, and partition requirements across all design levels, ensuring compliance with safety critical aircraft systems standards.
- Concept Development: Support, write, and assess concepts and feasibility studies for flight control systems.
- System Function Specification: Define and develop FCS general system functions, ensuring alignment with system requirements.
- Integration: Ensure the integration of flight control systems with other aircraft systems, including writing Interface Control Documents (ICDs).
- Assessments: Perform and coordinate system design assessments for clearances, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Software Testing: Define and monitor software acceptance test (SAT) objectives, ensuring comprehensive coverage of flight control systems.
- Degree in aerospace engineering or comparable field.
- Experience in system requirements engineering, with a focus on safety critical aircraft systems.
- Proficiency in system design and development of flight control systems, with knowledge of model-based system engineering principles.
- Familiarity with DOORS and/or CAMEO, with experience in requirements management and system design.
- A standard permanent employment contract with a multi-award-winning employer.
