Industrial Heat Pump Quality Assurance Specialist

Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Supplier Quality Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a key member, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of components and materials provided by our suppliers. This role is crucial in driving our success and contributing to a more sustainable future.
Key Responsibilities:- Act as the primary interface between Heaten and its suppliers on quality-related matters.
- Evaluate and qualify suppliers to ensure compliance with company and industry standards.
- Conduct regular supplier audits and performance assessments.
- Collaborate with the procurement and engineering teams to establish clear quality requirements for components and materials.
- Investigate and resolve supplier quality issues, implementing corrective and preventive actions.
- Monitor supplier performance metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Develop and maintain quality documentation, such as inspection plans and quality agreements.
- Support new product development projects by ensuring supplier quality during the initial production phases.
- A degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience as a Supplier Quality Engineer or in a similar role, ideally in the industrial or manufacturing sector.
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems and tools (e.g., ISO 9001).
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a proactive approach to quality improvement.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills to manage supplier relationships effectively.
- Experience in conducting supplier audits and quality assessments.
- Proficiency in English is required; German skills are a plus.
- Willingness to travel as needed to visit supplier locations.
- A competitive salary range of €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
