About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP S/4 HANA Consultant to join our team at the Saint-Gobain Group. As a key member of our core team, you will play a crucial role in the implementation and configuration of SAP S/4 HANA across our European operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement business process and solution workshops to drive business value and process improvements.
  • Configure and customize SAP S/4 HANA to meet the specific needs of our business processes.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA best practices and industry trends.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve gaps in our business processes and system configurations.
  • Participate in quality reviews to ensure the accuracy and completeness of our system designs.
  • Develop and maintain RICEFW functional designs to support business process improvements.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of SAP TM and SAP LE, with a proven track record of implementing and configuring SAP S/4 HANA.
  • Excellent knowledge of custom development concepts and functionality, with a focus on SAP S/4 HANA.
  • Proven experience in facilitating design and review sessions, with a strong ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Fluent in English, with a strong ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders across Europe.
