About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Supply Chain Management Professional to join our team at AGRAVIS Raiffeisen. As a key member of our global supply chain team, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating supply chain projects, implementing process improvements, and ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics and procurement functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement global supply chain strategies to drive business growth and improve efficiency
• Manage and coordinate supply chain projects, including procurement, logistics, and inventory management
• Implement process improvements and best practices to optimize supply chain operations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of supply chain activities
• Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers and partners
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure supply chain performance

Requirements

• Advanced degree in a relevant field, such as supply chain management, logistics, or business administration
• Proven experience in supply chain management, logistics, or procurement
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to think critically and strategically
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and other relevant software
