Warehouse Operations Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to join our team at Knuspr. As a key member of our Fulfilment Centre, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our warehouse, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Initiate, coordinate, and enforce program, operational, and personnel policies/procedures to ensure on-time delivery of outbound shipments.
  • Drive the process to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, accuracy, and quality.
  • Ensure warehouse operational requirements are met by scheduling and assigning work, and following up on work results.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy by conducting audits and implementing preventive actions.
  • Comply with warehousing, material handling, and shipping requirements.
  • Direct the maintenance of physical conditions and appearance of the warehouse, and maintain 5S standards.
  • Recruit, select, and train employees to ensure a high-performing team.
  • Develop employee performance by appraising, coaching, and counseling.
  • Experience in a leadership position within a warehouse environment, preferably in E-commerce and FMCG.

Requirements:

  • Ability to handle stressful situations with perseverance and professionalism.
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain positive and productive relationships in a Fulfilment Centre.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word, Outlook, and Excel, and WMS systems.
  • Good cross-functional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects/assignments simultaneously.
  • Time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and schedule tasks for efficient use of time.
  • Knowledgeable on safety practices and 5S best practices.
  • Understanding of pick/pack/ship operations in high-volume warehouse environments.
  • WMS implementation background.
  • Highly motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
