About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced SAP consultant to join our team as a Team Lead for SAP Consulting & Development. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing and leading our SAP projects, as well as developing and maintaining our customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to drive growth and revenue.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of SAP consultants, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Project Execution: Oversee the execution of SAP projects, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our customers, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.

Requirements

  • SAP Expertise: Proven experience in SAP implementation, customization, and support, with a strong understanding of SAP modules such as FI, CO, SD, HCM, MM, and development.
  • Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to deliver high-quality results.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Business Acumen: Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand the needs of our customers and deliver solutions that meet their business objectives.
