Technical Sales Engineer for Automation and Test Systems

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide intensive support and technical guidance to existing customers in your sales region, both nationally and internationally.
  • Continuously acquire new customers through innovative and targeted sales strategies.
  • Maintain and strengthen existing customer relationships.
  • Develop and present proposals.
  • Negotiate sales agreements to successful completion.
  • Monitor market developments and, in collaboration with the sales and management teams, develop sales strategies accordingly.
  • Represent the company at trade shows in Germany and abroad.
  • Develop and implement sales-promoting measures in collaboration with the sales team.
Requirements
  • Completed technical degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of technical sales, preferably in the field of plant engineering.
  • Desirable: Experience as a project leader.
  • Entrepreneurial thinking and action.
  • You are committed to implementing customer projects efficiently and on time.
  • You are willing to undertake the necessary travel activities.
  • Fluent English skills for negotiations.
  • You communicate effectively, have a team-oriented approach, are confident in your interactions, and possess negotiation skills.
  • Quality- and customer-oriented working approach.
