Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Expert in Arbeitsvorbereitung to join our team at SWIETELSKY Baugesellschaft m.b.H. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction planning and management, with a proven track record of delivering large-scale projects in the infrastructure sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement construction plans, schedules, and logistics concepts in collaboration with the calculation and project teams.
  • Prepare and manage project timelines, including coordination with stakeholders and team members.
  • Support the project team in planning and executing construction projects, including site preparation and setup.
  • Conduct mass checks and verifications to ensure compliance with project requirements.
  • Develop and optimize construction workflows and sequences to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Prepare and manage resource allocation plans, including equipment, personnel, and scaffolding.
  • Collaborate with the project team to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and suppliers.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to project teams on construction planning and management.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in construction planning and management, preferably in the infrastructure sector.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office, Power Project, and Tilos.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
