Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Marketing Manager to join our team in Munich. As a key member of our Foundry team, you will be responsible for supporting our EU customers with technology roadmap and technical promotion activities, as well as customer onboarding on our B2B system.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support EU customers with technology roadmap and technical promotion activities
  • Manage and update technical promotion and marketing materials
  • Analyze market and technology trends, considering competition and market shares with different potential customers
  • Identify new projects and initiate and follow-up product qualification/design-in
  • Arrange and deliver technical presentations in-house and on customer site
  • Plan and carry out professional promotion activities in consultation and cooperation with assigned product portfolio
  • Analyze and evaluate business results and submit regular business reports
  • Prepare, supervise, and monitor the relevant Global Supply Chain, including forecast
  • Foster key relationships with customers

Requirements

  • University degree or equivalent preferred
  • Extensive sales thinking and pro-active/consultative sales approach
  • Strong customer orientation
  • Persuasive and professional presenting products/technologies and concepts to customers
  • Good knowledge of Foundry application markets and customers (Automotive, Security, Banking & Gov. ID, and Industrial Market)
  • More than 5 years professional experience in a sales function within the semiconductor area (Design Flows, EDA setup, PPA assessments, etc)
  • Very good communication skills and ability to negotiate at all levels
  • Self-starter being able to work under minimum supervision
  • Initiative and ability to work in a multi-cultural environment
  • Assertive, determined, flexible, and creative personality
  • Familiarity with state-of-the-art software applications (MS-Office, SAP/R3)
  • Fluent in German and English language
