Wir suchen eine motivierte und engagierte Person, die sich für die Unterstützung in unserem HR-Bereich begeistern kann. Als HR-Assistent/in wirst du Teil unseres Teams und unterstützt unsere Fachkräfte bei der Digitalisierung und Verwaltung von Personalakten.

Deine Aufgaben
  • Unterstützung bei der Digitalisierung und Verwaltung von Personalakten
  • Strukturierung der Personalakten
  • Einblicke in unsere HR-Aufgabenbereiche
Deine Qualifikationen
  • Selbstständige und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise, Zuverlässigkeit
  • Hohe Servicebereitschaft
  • Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Sehr gute IT-Kenntnisse
