About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Engineer to join our team at Prosperity Solutions. As a Marketing Engineer, you will play a key role in driving our digital marketing efforts and contributing to the success of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement marketing automation strategies using Salesforce and other tools
  • Design and execute A/B testing and experimentation to optimize marketing campaigns
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate marketing efforts with sales and product development
  • Analyze and report on marketing performance metrics to inform business decisions
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and technologies to ensure our marketing efforts remain innovative and effective
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer with expertise in Apex, LWC, JavaScript, and Salesforce APIs
  • Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud, with a strong understanding of CRM systems and marketing automation tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform business decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
