Job Title: Cruise Ship Hotel Operations Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cruise Ship Hotel Operations Manager to join our team at Carnival Corporation and plc. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of hotel facilities on board our ships.

Your Responsibilities
As a Cruise Ship Hotel Operations Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing the daily operation of hotel facilities, including rooms, restaurants, bars, and other public areas.
- Coordinating with various departments, such as housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance, to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Managing budgets and inventory levels to optimize resource allocation and minimize waste.
- Developing and implementing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators, such as occupancy rates, revenue growth, and guest feedback.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree in hospitality, business administration, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in hotel operations, preferably in the cruise industry.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a high-performing team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
