Security Director

We are seeking a skilled Security Director to join our team at Mühlbauer ID Services GmbH in Roding.

This is a challenging opportunity for an experienced professional to take on a leadership role in ensuring the safety and security of our employees, contractors, and visitors.

• The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and maintaining safety measures, training employees and contractors, and conducting regular audits to identify areas for improvement.
• You will also lead the development and implementation of access control procedures, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and analyze the current state of our security systems.

1. Develop and implement a comprehensive safety strategy to protect people, assets, and equipment.
2. Conduct regular risk assessments, train employees, and provide guidance on safe working practices.
3. Lead the development and implementation of access control procedures, including visitor management systems.
4. Analyze the current state of our security systems, including insurance, law enforcement, emergency services, and fire departments.
5. Maintain all safety procedures and requirements in accordance with international standards.

• Strong knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken.
• Several years of experience in a related field would be desirable.
• University degree or relevant qualification.
• Experience with local safety laws, labor laws, and trade laws, as well as contact with legal and technical departments.
