Your Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and process shipping documents, including delivery notes, transport certificates, and inspection certificates.
  • Coordinate and manage the receipt, storage, and shipment of goods, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and management to optimize transportation routes and schedules.
  • Process bookings and updates in our ERP system.
  • Participate in various logistics projects and initiatives.
  • Support other logistics-related tasks as needed.

Your Profile:

  • Studies in Business Administration with a focus on Logistics and Supply Chain Management.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word).
  • SAP knowledge is an asset.
  • Attention to detail, reliability, and strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent teamwork and problem-solving abilities.
  • Fluent German and/or English language skills.
