Sales Associate with Representation Function

Job Responsibilities- Assist the store manager in daily operations, ensuring seamless store management when they are not present.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing customer inquiries and concerns at the sales floor and checkout.
- Ensure the store's shelves are always fully stocked and well-organized.
- Monitor product quality and freshness, maintaining high standards.
- Previous experience in retail or a related field is an asset, but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Competitive salary, paid in accordance with industry standards.
- Generous vacation time, with 6 weeks of paid leave per year.
- Flexible scheduling, with 2 weeks' notice for most shifts.
- Opportunity to take a sabbatical of 1-6 months after 3 years of service.

This is a full-time or part-time position, depending on the store's needs. The ideal candidate will be a team player, passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to a positive store environment.
