Your Responsibilities
  • Ensuring the smooth execution, monitoring, and compliance of customs clearance procedures
  • Evaluating and implementing changes to customs regulations
  • Ensuring compliance with customs laws and regulations, as well as meeting deadlines and handling technical aspects (IT concepts, interfaces, workflows)
  • Supporting the coordinator in obtaining official permits
  • Creating and reviewing work instructions
  • Preparing and supporting internal/external audits
Your Profile
  • Completed vocational training in a relevant field, such as wholesale and export/import trade, or a comparable qualification
  • Professional experience in customs and export/import trade or a comparable position
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications and SAP ERP
  • Fluent German and English language skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills when interacting with internal and external stakeholders
  • A structured, process-oriented, analytical, responsible, and goal-oriented work style
