- Support the Commodity Manager Hydraulics in all aspects of daily operations.
- Process inquiries and create comparisons of offers.
- Coordinate the necessary technical documentation with the design department.
- Negotiate prices within the agreed framework.
- Assist in the development of procurement strategies, particularly in building alternative suppliers.
- Evaluate supplier risks and prepare strategic decisions.
- Support project procurement in the development of new products and projects to reduce costs.
- Maintain master data, including price information, commitments, and framework agreements.
- Verify the required quality standards with the quality control department.
- Support and participate in audits and quality controls.
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration or Industrial Engineering.
- Experience in strategic procurement is an asset.
- Knowledge of SAP is beneficial.
- Fluent English skills and routine use of MS Office.
- Independent, structured work approach, assertiveness, and teamwork skills.
- Quick understanding and ability to adapt to new and complex areas.
