We're on the lookout for a talented Store Manager to join our team at Stradivarius in Hannoever. As a Store Manager, you'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our store, managing internal processes, and driving sales growth.
What You'll Do- Coordinate and manage internal processes and procedures to meet INDITEX standards
- Analyze KPIs to drive budget and sales targets, and implement measures to achieve corporate goals
- Guarantee an optimal flow of goods and present our product in the best possible light using operational guidelines and innovative technologies
- Motivate employees through positive attitude and communication skills, and recognize potential and talents to promote individual training
- Ensure an outstanding customer experience through passion and leadership
- Represent Stradivarius internally and externally, leading by example
- A positive attitude and hands-on mentality
- Excellent organizational talent and communication skills
- Analytical skills to evaluate KPIs and make informed decisions
- A commitment to sustainability and social aspects
- Several years of professional experience as a manager in retail
- Proficiency in German and English
