- Operations Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management.
- Customer Service: Ensure that our customers receive exceptional service and support, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

- Education and Experience: A completed vocational training as a freight forwarder or in a similar field, with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the freight/logistics sector.
- Business Acumen: Strong business administration knowledge and leadership experience, with a proven track record of driving results and achieving goals.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS-Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and knowledge of English is advantageous.
