Job Description

Unlock your project management skills and drive business growth in Visual Merchandising. We're seeking a talented professional to join our Trade Marketing Team EUC.

As a Visual Merchandising Manager, you'll be responsible for delivering best-in-class LEGO brand experiences across the D-A-CH area. You'll work closely with our Trade Marketing team to develop and execute innovative Visual Merchandising strategies that drive sales and engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement Visual Merchandising strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Lead the development of innovative Visual Merchandising concepts and solutions.
  • Manage the Visual Merchandising budget and prioritize initiatives based on business needs.
  • Collaborate with external partners to source materials and execute Visual Merchandising plans.
  • Monitor and evaluate Visual Merchandising results, making data-driven decisions to optimize performance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in Visual Merchandising, Trade Marketing, or Brand Marketing.
  • Proven track record of designing and executing innovative Visual Merchandising projects.
  • Strong commercial acumen and understanding of omnichannel Trade Marketing.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects.
