Technical Project Manager

We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Technical Project Manager to join our team at THRYVE. As a TPM, you will play a crucial role in managing multiple projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and meet our high-quality standards.

About the Role:

As a Technical Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing project planning and road mapping, writing and managing tickets, gathering and documenting project requirements, and following up on progress and solving issues in collaboration with engineers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely and successful project delivery
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document project requirements
  • Manage project tickets, ensuring clear and actionable tasks for developers
  • Coordinate and consult with customers, providing technical guidance and decision-making support

Requirements:

  • Experience as a developer or a recent graduate in Business Informatics (or related field) with some software engineering exposure
  • Strong technical background with the ability to understand and explain complex technical concepts
  • Experience with CI/CD, deployment, and APIs
  • Structured, organised, and flexible thinker
  • Excellent communication skills in German (mandatory) and English
  • Comfortable presenting and consulting with clients
