About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Growth Marketer to join our team at Darmstadt Graphics Group GmbH. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive growth and increase our online presence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a marketing development plan to drive growth and increase online visibility
  • Create high-quality content for digital marketing campaigns, including SEO pages, blog posts, and landing pages
  • Conduct keyword research and analyze search rankings to optimize content and improve search engine visibility
  • Manage and optimize our social media presence to engage with our audience and drive website traffic
  • Oversee marketing automation and email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions
  • Collaborate with our sales team to develop targeted marketing campaigns and improve lead generation
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of our marketing efforts and make data-driven decisions
Requirements
  • Background in Performance Marketing, Data Science, Engineering, Economics & Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in growth marketing practices, including performance marketing, SEO, Google Analytics, A/B testing, and email marketing
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform marketing decisions
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Experience with marketing automation tools and email marketing platforms
