Solution Architect for SAP PDM/PLM Solutions

We are seeking a highly skilled Solution Architect to join our SAP division in Ettlingen, Germany or Porto, Portugal. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing solutions for PDM/PLM and Document Management from an end-to-end perspective based on SAP.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as project team member, project lead, or work stream lead with reporting line to SAP Manager Logistics&Operations
  • Implement solutions for PDM/PLM and Document Management, including customizing, functional testing, training, and documentation
  • Contribute to and manage all phases of an SAP implementation project life cycle, including documentation and consultation with the global Business community
  • Drive the Business organization in the definition and creation of Business Requirements and Solution Proposals
  • Design process solutions, create functional specification documents, and act as a broker between the Business and the Global IT organization
  • Align new solutions with SAP PDM/PLM stakeholders, including Subject-Matter experts, SAP Key-Users, and external 3rd Party Service Providers
  • Manage and conduct workshops and trainings with SAP Key-Users
  • Support and improve existing business operations by solving SAP support tickets
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or Master's degree
  • Adequate qualification in SAP ERP consultancy areas, including ECTR, XPLM, PDM/PLM, and Document Management
  • Adequate qualification in PDM/PLM solutions, including Teamcenter
  • Ability to manage conflict situations and provide and receive constructive feedback
  • Able to quickly adapt to new situations and work autonomously
  • Assertiveness, excellent English language skills, and German as a plus
  • Flexibility, sense of responsibility, solution-oriented work attitude, and team player with good time management
