Strategic Business Intelligence Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Intelligence Team Lead to join our team at Carl Remigius Fresenius Education Group. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading our Business Intelligence team and driving the development of our data-driven strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the Business Intelligence team, providing guidance and support to ensure the team's success.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive Business Intelligence strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop solutions that drive business value.
  • Design and implement data warehouses, ETL processes, and data visualization tools to support business decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and other data visualizations to provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and make recommendations for implementation.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Intelligence, data analysis, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and driving business results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop insights.
  • Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Knowledge of data warehousing, ETL, and SQL.
