About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced culinary professional to join our team as a Head of Culinary Operations at Wohnpark AM DEICH. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen, ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Culinary Leadership: Provide strategic direction and leadership to our culinary team, ensuring the delivery of exceptional dining experiences for our residents.
- Menu Development: Collaborate with our nutrition team to develop and implement healthy and appealing menu options that meet the dietary needs of our residents.
- Supply Chain Management: Source and manage high-quality ingredients and supplies, ensuring efficient and cost-effective operations.
- Staff Management
- Training and Development: Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for our culinary staff, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that all food and beverages meet our high standards.
- Compliance: Ensure that all food safety and hygiene regulations are met, and that our kitchen operations are compliant with relevant laws and regulations.
- Qualifications: A recognized culinary qualification, such as a degree in culinary arts or a related field.
- Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior culinary role, preferably in a healthcare or hospitality setting.
- Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
