Job Description

Job Summary:

TÜV SÜD is seeking a highly skilled Senior Thermography Specialist to join our team. As a Senior Thermography Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting thermal imaging surveys to identify potential electrical system hazards and provide recommendations for improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough thermal imaging surveys of electrical systems to identify potential hazards and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement strategies to mitigate electrical system risks and improve overall system reliability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that thermal imaging surveys are conducted in accordance with industry standards and best practices.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to clients on thermal imaging survey results and recommendations.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure that their electrical system needs are met.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in electrical system inspection and thermal imaging.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical system principles and thermal imaging techniques.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 75% of the time.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Level I or II Certified Infrared Thermographer.
  • 2-year technical degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • Experience with thermal imaging software and equipment.
