About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Logistics Coordinator to join our team at DSV. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating the movement of goods and ensuring timely delivery to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the transportation of goods, including scheduling and dispatching of vehicles
- Manage and maintain accurate records of shipments, including tracking and tracing
- Communicate with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of goods
- Identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies with shipments
- Collaborate with other teams to optimize logistics processes and improve efficiency
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in logistics or related field preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics or transportation coordination
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Proficiency in MS Office and logistics software
