High-Voltage Cable Systems Specialist

Your Responsibilities:
- Develop and specify technical guidelines and device solutions for high and ultra-high voltage cable systems.
- Create technical standards and guidelines for a standardized component catalog, monitor market developments, and ensure compliance with legal and normative requirements.
- Support technical quality assurance in all project and operation phases.
- Serve as the central point of contact and knowledge holder for high-voltage cable systems.
- Participate in national and international committees for the introduction and further development of valid standards.
- Coordinate external service providers and manage the scheduling and cost control of delegated tasks.
Your Profile:
- Completed degree in electrical engineering, energy technology, or a related field, or equivalent qualification through years of professional experience.
- Several years of experience in cable technology preferred; motivated beginners are also welcome.
- Solid knowledge of theoretical electrical engineering and mechanics, as well as electrical power transmission equipment.
- Analytical, structured, and goal-oriented work style with the ability to explain complex issues clearly.
- Excellent communication skills, teamwork, confident demeanor, solution-oriented work, and high level of initiative.
- Very good German and good English skills, valid driver's license, and willingness to travel.
