Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Key Account Manager für unser Team in Waldkraiburg. Als wichtiger Teil unseres Vertriebsteams werden Sie sich um die Betreuung von großen, premium OEM-Bestandskunden sowie die Akquise neuer Kunden im in- und europäischen Ausland kümmern.

Aufgaben
  • Verantwortliche Betreuung von großen, premium OEM-Bestandskunden sowie die Akquise neuer Kunden im in- und europäischen Ausland mit Verantwortung für die Erreichung strategischer Umsatz- und Accountziele
  • Strategische Vertriebs- & Kundenentwicklung im globalen Geschäftsfeld Automotive (OEM als auch Tier-1)
  • Management des verantworteten Kunden- und Produktportfolios, Monitoring der Volumen- und Margenentwicklung sowie Betreuung und Management von Angebotsprozessen
  • Eigenständige Kommunikation mit Kunden und Partnern in verschiedenen Ebenen, vom Erstkontakt über die Vertragsgestaltung bis in die langfristige partnerschaftliche Beziehung
  • Identifizierung von Kundenanforderungen und abteilungsübergreifender Entwicklung von Lösungen
  • Eigenständige Beobachtung der kundenbezogenen Markt- und Wettbewerbssituation sowie Maßnahmenableitung
  • Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung von Innovationen in Abstimmung mit internen Experten und externen Partnern als Beitrag für unsere Wachstumsstrategie
Ihre Qualifikationen
  • Abgeschlossenes wirtschaftliches oder technisches Studium
  • Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Vertrieb (B2B) der Automobil- und Zulieferbranche, vorzugsweise mit Erfahrung im NVH Bereich und/oder der Metalltechnik. Gerne Erfahrungen mit E-Mobilität.
  • Gut und relevant vernetzt in der Automobilbranche. Gewinnendes Auftreten und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Sozialkompetenz gepaart mit unternehmerischer Denkweise
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Freude an Dienstreisen innerhalb Deutschlands sowie in angrenzende Länder, in Ausnahmen auch interkontinental
