Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing plans to promote our employer brand and attract top talent to our organization.
  • Collaborate with our business teams to understand their marketing needs and develop targeted marketing campaigns to meet those needs.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with our focus universities in the region, including developing and executing marketing strategies to attract top talent.
  • Plan, organize, and execute (virtual) career events and fairs, workshops, and other marketing initiatives to attract top talent.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our employer brand and personal marketing strategy, and provide expert advice to our business teams on how to effectively communicate our value proposition to top talent.
  • Work with our business teams to optimize internal processes and improve the effectiveness of our marketing efforts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in marketing, preferably in higher education marketing or a related field.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive results.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
