About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Pflegefachkraft (m/w/d) to join our team in Jena. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing intensive care to children in their homes or as a school companion. No prior experience in pediatric intensive care is required, as we provide thorough training and support to ensure your success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide intensive care to children in their homes or as a school companion
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure optimal care outcomes

Requirements

  • Completed 3-year training program in a relevant field, such as Gesundheits- und Kinderkrankenpfleger (m/w/d) or Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger (m/w/d)
