Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our global eCommerce sales efforts. As the Head of Sales Global eCommerce, you will be responsible for developing and executing robust channel strategies, guiding a high-performing team, and driving sales growth.

About the Role:

  • Lead the development and execution of global eCommerce channel strategies, driving sales growth and revenue expansion.
  • Guide and mentor a high-performing global eCommerce team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
  • Identify and optimize tools and technologies to enhance sales performance and efficiency.
  • Oversee sales and P&L for pure-play eCommerce retailers, ensuring financial health and growth.
  • Ensure top-tier product and brand presentation across all online platforms, optimizing content and promotional strategies.
  • Collaborate with Channel Marketing to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Manage sales forecasting, reporting, and strategic analyses to inform business decisions.

About You:

  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role, with deep expertise in eCommerce and digital marketing, particularly in performance marketing.
  • Leadership experience, preferably in a global setting, with a track record of driving sales growth and team success.
  • Comprehensive understanding of online retail and marketplace dynamics, with affinity for IT and process optimization.
  • Strong analytical skills, with expertise in using analytics tools for strategic decisions.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with success in negotiations with international key accounts.
  • Fluency in English is required, proficiency in additional languages, particularly German, is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel internationally and adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
