Financial Controller

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Controller to join our team at Creos in Luxembourg.

• This is a key position that involves providing guidance and support to the Department Heads regarding forecast and budget processes, ensuring successful outcomes and reliable figures.

Key Responsibilities:

• SAP closing for Controlling Creos Luxembourg: Run SAP closing process on time and prepare monthly and quarterly reports for Group and Creos CMC in collaboration with other members of the Controlling department.
• Analyse and explain deviations between actuals and forecast/budget for Creos Luxembourg and support Creos Management in developing mitigation actions.
• Provide ad hoc financial analyses to Creos Management and the Group on different financial topics (KPI, etc.), and propose recommendations.
• Closely collaborate with Group finance and controlling departments on finance topics.
• Support internal and external audits, or other consultancy work on finance topics.
• Run numerous projects for Finance and define/ implement improvements/automatization to the Grid financial controlling processes.
• Implement and regularly update analytical structures for the Grid and provide trainings to various departments.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Master's degree in finance, accounting, controlling, or any related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar function.
• Proficient knowledge of established accounting standards (Lux GAAP, IFRS).
