Clinical Operations Director

The successful candidate will ensure that project goals and objectives are accomplished within the prescribed time frame, budget, and in accordance with customer expectations.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Managing assigned clinical customer projects to ensure timely and budget-friendly delivery.
• Leading the Distribution Project Team to coordinate project activity, ensuring effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Preparing Logistics Management Documents and coordinating distribution activities from order receipt to shipment acknowledgement.
• Facilitating customer visits and coordinating activities as per customer needs.
• Reviewing quotes to ensure scope is appropriate and monitoring project budget and scope creep.
• Coaching, mentoring, and supervising Associate Clinical Project Managers.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both German and English.

A high degree of flexibility and adaptability is essential in this fast-paced environment, where prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously will be key to success.
