R&D Project Manager

Discover International is seeking a seasoned R&D Project Manager to lead cross-functional teams in the planning, execution, and delivery of medical device projects. As a key member of our team, you will ensure alignment with project goals, timelines, and budget constraints.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to support project objectives and timelines.
- Foster collaboration and communication among internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders to drive project progress and resolve issues effectively.
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory standards and guidelines throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, timelines, progress reports, and meeting minutes, to facilitate communication and decision-making.
- Implement and maintain quality management processes to ensure product safety, efficacy, and reliability.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize project management processes, enhance efficiency, and support organizational goals.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management within the medical device industry, with a demonstrated track record of successfully managing R&D projects.
- Strong knowledge of medical device regulations and standards, including ISO 13485, FDA QSR, and EU MDR.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage cross-functional teams and drive project success.
- Fluency in English and German languages.
