Job Description

We are seeking a Logistics Innovation Specialist to join our team. As a key member, you will contribute to one or more of the following business areas:

Key Responsibilities
  • Marketing & Sales: Conduct market research, support strategic sales projects, prepare marketing and sales materials, and ensure a consistent corporate identity.
  • Product & Tech: Support creating and maintaining the product backlog, work closely with the engineering team, and assist in implementing agile project management frameworks.
  • Business Operations: Engage with users, gather and analyse data, provide insights for decision-making, and assist in managing ongoing projects.
  • People Operations & HR: Own the hiring and sourcing pipeline, support designing and implementing people-related programmes, and keep informed about industry trends and research best practices.
  • Finance & Accounting: Assist with daily accounting tasks, contribute to regular account closing processes, and optimise finance area processes and systems.
Requirements

Essential skills and experiences:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in management, information technology, logistics, sales and marketing, or a related field, with above-average academic results.
  • Exceptional time management, prioritisation, and multitasking abilities.
  • A fast learner with excellent analytical capabilities and a structured approach to work.
  • Proficient in written and spoken communication in English.

Nice-to-have skills and experiences:

  • Initial professional experience through internships or student positions in startups, consulting firms, or other fast-paced environments.
  • Proficient in German (C1 level or native fluency); additional languages are a plus.
